Dreams are necessary to life...

I have had the mad idea that I'm going to re-decorate my room, just while I'm deep into my first uni project, but hey, I like to be busy. It was pink, but now I'm totally sick of pink, it's like eating too many sugary sweets that your tongue goes sore. So I am aiming for pale and relaxing colours like blues and creams. Now at the moment I'm really loving Swedish and french vintage, its all so tranquil and feminine.

I did find this, i know its not a bedroom but i love it.

As you know i have just started a new job at aspirestyle and we have just recieved the new stock, and guess what is amongst all the those beautiful things...the perfect red dress.

A red dress

i really want a red dress, there is something about them that is glamorous but sexy at the same time, but what style and length to choose...?

i think that long red dresses work best, my favourite being the one that Blake Lively is wearing, its elegant, feminine and a little raunchy.

WOW. Its been ages since i last posted, time has gone so fast this summer i feel like i have been running the whole time without stopping for a breathe. 

One very exciting thing has happened since my last post, i got the job! I am now a sales assistant at Aspire style. There are only four shops in the country, so im lucky to of found the job. They specialise in individual and quirky pieces, everything is so beautiful and i think i will end up spending most of my wages in the shop! look out for posts about my favourite pieces that we have in, and i have posted a link to their website on here, so go have a look! hopefully i will be able to update you about global gathering with some pictures this week.

getting started

I have just finished my first year at university, a lot of hard work but I loved it.

Hopefully I will now be able to post away :)

My first few weeks of freedom have been job hunting and endless CV writing, which i can easily say has been very boring and fustrating when all I want to do is get out in the sun and planning holidays! I have applied to a few places but I have my hopes set on one job in particular, so if there is an excited update you will know i have got it. I have lots of plans to keep myself busy over the next few months, one being designing and making cusions and tea cosies that I will sell at an art fair. I also am very much wanting to start planning the re-decoration on my bedroom, so expect a few pictures of my favourite inspiration. Lastly I really need to do something with my hair its been the same for far to long so I need to get cracking on some hair ideas, preferably before global gathering at the end of july, 

 SO EXCITED.
